Trillium Birth Centers

Trillium Midwifery Services serves a low-risk clientele who wishes for a more natural birth. This can either be in the comfort of their home or at one of our clinic and birth centers. Our birth suites aim to provide an inviting and restful atmosphere, both for a laboring woman and her companion. Women and families are invited to see us for appointments and one or both of our clinic locations for visits throughout their care, whichever is convenient for them.

Prairie du Chien Clinic and Birth Center

Our birth center is conveniently located just a few blocks from the Hwy 18 bypass, and is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It is just five minutes from our birth center to Crossing Rivers Health Center which provides OB and surgical services. This was our first out-of-home clinic and birth center that we opened in October of 2016.

Boscobel Clinic and Birth Center

Our Boscobel Clinic and Birth Center is located in the historic downtown Boscobel on Wisconsin Avenue. It is about 25 to 30 minutes from our birth center to 3 area hospitals, all of which provide OB and surgical services: Grant Regional Health Care, Crossing Rivers Health Center , and Richland Hospital. We opened the doors of our Boscobel location in March of 2021 in order to offer additional services to women and families in that area.
